Description
The KA86B is a fiber-brushed, infrared switch with adjustable timing and detection distance.
Thanks to the surface design of the switch - IP66 protection - it can be mounted outdoors.
The two-colour status LED is blue when standby and green when active.

Details
With their above-average technological capabilities and elegant, modern appearance, infrared switches can be used almost anywhere. They do not even need to be touched to operate;
the infrared sensor detects approaching hands/objects and switches the output accordingly.
These switches can also be used in access control systems to open/close doors equipped with electric locks. However, they can be used in almost any security system as control switches, even in outdoor conditions.
